Chukwu-Emeka Chikezi
"Not only is Africa undervalued, it's misunderstood and it's misrepresented. We have a situation where really Africa is always bracketed with aid, dependency and famine, and the reality is a lot more complex. Of course Africa has a lot of problems, but there is a lot more going on besides. I think the private sector has a big role to play. The private sector needs to champion what they are doing, they need to tell their stories and they need to be proactive in getting the word out. They need to invest and to align themselves with an aspiration for Africa's future. It's a big responsibility, but it can be profitable as well."
