"Yeah, well now I am actually rather persuaded by the importance of business in Africa. It has to do with a recent experience I had in Uganda where I was shown that aid and debt-relief can do nothing on their own for Africa. You need to have people that are driving the economy forward. So I would say this is a key part of getting people interested in investment in Africa. And without investment, without business developing, I think it's going to be more of the same that's been happening for 40 years. And you are right. The more people talk about business and talk up possibilities of business, the more you'll find investment coming into countries which I think is the answer to many of Africa's problems."
