Diageo is represented in
Reunion through CMMUDV, a 55%-owned joint venture with CFAO
(who are part of the Pinault Printemps Redoute group). CMMUDV
is responsible for spirits and RTD (ready-to-drink) sales in
the Reunion domestic and duty free market, as well as exports
to Mayotte.
The company employs 11 people principally in sales and marketing. The JV
partner company CMM is responsible for all logistics and back office operations
via a sales and service agreement.
Main brands: Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff and J&B.
