Peter Woicke
"I think the small entrepreneurs in Africa are too restricted. I think there is over-regulation. My message to the government would be; get out of the way of small entrepreneurs, the medium entrepreneurs and let them be more entrepreneurially active as they would like to be. I think the other message - Africa has to focus on education. I think there is more need for business education and far too little focus on economics and business in African education. Of course, also infrastructure has to be one of the top items of any government in Africa."
